I'm just 2 weeks from due date and already my thoughts are turning back to sewing for myself. There are SO many cute dress patterns out there, though my disaster "wadder" dress from last summer is making me nervous to attempt another one. I really have trouble fitting the bust.

I did make a duct tape form, but never took the time to build out a stand - and the weight of the stuffing and tape pulled the whole thing out of shape and tore it apart. So that became "wadder" number two in my sewing annals. Plus, it wasn't cost free. Duct tape is really quite expensive.

So I was thinking about saving some dough to buy a professional dress form. Anyone have any feedback on that? Brands? Adjustable or non-adjustable? Tips on how to fit to a dress form?
